Since their formation in 2017, Honest Debts has established a unique sound characterized by riff-driven rock & roll steeped in funk, soul, americana, and the blues. Their recorded catalog flows like a curated playlist showcasing diverse musical influences presented with the instrumental prowess of a jam band and lyric-driven songwriting.
Following a year-long “first Friday” residency at Richmond staple venue The Camel, HD kicks off their Spring tour in 2023 as they gear up for the April release of their debut full-length album, “Can’t Be Trusted” with tour stops along the East Coast.

An electrifying five-piece live act, the group has expanded their reach beyond their adopted home in Richmond to audiences across Virginia and beyond. In late 2021, Honest Debts re-entered the studio and is currently working toward the release of new music in 2022.
